At YAIDOLL, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the intimate nature and strict hygiene standards of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy on all sex dolls once the product has been used or opened. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them in a fair and timely manner.
📦 Order Cancellation
Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 12 Hours: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover manufacturing and handling costs.
Once Shipped: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
All sex dolls are custom-made and classified as intimate items, which makes them non-returnable under health and hygiene regulations.
Opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect:
Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos or videos showing the damage or issue.
After confirmation, we will offer:
A free replacement part, OR
A partial refund, OR
A full replacement doll (in severe cases, depending on availability and damage level)
Note: Minor variations such as makeup color, finger positioning, or nail shape are normal and not considered defects.
💰 Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
No refunds will be issued without valid documentation of the problem.
